I want to have the Grandparents walk in first, then my fiance's mother (my mom is MOH) escorted just before the actual wedding party, can I use the same song as my party or do I need to switch to a different song for the party's procession?

You should have a separate song for the seating of the families. That would be for grandparents, god parents and mothers. The grooms mother is seated 2nd to last and the brides mother is seated last usually.
It's neat that your mom is your maid of honor!!
Then you have a separate song for the bridal party. (You can even have a separate song for the bride).
The song that most people choose for this is Ave Maria, but there are many to choose from.
In the program this can be referred to as:
Ave Maria - prelude, seating of the families

You can use the same song if you want. I thought it'd be neat if someone asked their grandparents if they had a special song when they were dating....and then play that one. My parent's song was "Cherished" by the Association. I'd like for my daughter to have that played when she gets married and they are escorted in. But it's her day and whatever she chooses is fine with me.

Generally the parents walk in to different music than the wedding party. My parents walked in to Ava Maria, and then the wedding party come in to Canon in D. If you are getting married iin a church, talk to the organist about selections and they will help you chose!

Since you are making up this additional procession for your Grandparents you can basically pick any music you want.
