if you cant afford to take her to the vet, call your local humane society and explain to them the situation. many times they will help with vet bills, or they can take the kitten and it get it the help it needs. if the kitten can be saved they can do it, if it will not live through such an injury, they will keep it from suffering. it is sad that your kitten is lying there suffering and unable to breath. there is nothing you can do to help it until you get it to someone who can help it.

Call a vet and tell them what happened, that you're worried, but really can't afford much. Many times they will work with you. I would strongly recommend you have the kitten checked out! Something serious could be going on. You can't know for sure nothing is broken and even if it isn't, a tip of her rib could have punctured a lung or another internal organ may have taken some trauma. AT 7 weeks, she should still be with her Mother...Kittens shouldn't be weaned until the 8th week...That is why she sucks on your finger.
I don't want to sound mean, but if you can't afford to take her to the vet, perhaps you should re-think having a pet at this time. Pets can run an average of about 200+ dollars a year, not including emergencies.

If it was easy just to cure all pets at home there would not be any vets in the world. That's like if someone is having a heart attack and you just get on here and ask if there is anything you can do at home as you don't want to pay the medical bills. Sorry to say but it doesn't work that way. You should at least call a vet and see what they say. I have done that a couple of times and they have given me advise on what to do at home but it was nothing serious and eve then the nurse told me if her advise didn't work to then bring in the cat. But your kitten could have internal damage which means the vet would need to see her. He may need to feel her stomach or give xrays. You said she is breathing differently. Well, that could be serious. Difficulty in breathing usually doesn't fix itself. There could be damage to her lungs. I don't think anyone has a home remedy for that.

If you don't have any money to take her to the vet, then you shouldn't have gotten her in the first place. Also, kittens shouldn't leave their mom's until AT LEAST 8 weeks old.
You need to get this kitten to the vet, or take her to a shelter or ASPCA and hand her over so that she can get the proper medical care. Being a kitten, after she's all better, she'll have no problem getting adopted out to someone that can better afford to take care of her.
PS: "dose" is spelled ' d o e s'

First, I would call your vet and ask him/her what he/she would do in this kind of situation. Then, after asking that, explain that you are too short on money to pay for a full visit. (the truth is hard, but it helps!) Then, kindly ask the vet if you could bring the kitten in just to look at it. If he is agreeable, he will say yes. I would definetly take the kitten there, because it's bones are young and if you do not even call the vet, your cat could be paralyzed or even die! I don't think you will want that to happen. I know you don't want to call the vet but I know you want the best for your kitten! Hope this helps!

Take her to the vet! Moving can wait, but the kitten cannot. The kitten could be injured and could die if you don't. What's more inportant=moving to another state or seeing whats wrong with your kitten?

TAke her to the nearest animal shelter. They'll be able to put her to rest. It sounds like her injuries are extensive. She probably won't live without major vet bills. But you need to get her somewhere where she's not in pain.

You have one option, and that is the vet. Not to do so would be cruel, and un-expected expensives will have to be covered when you own a pet. This may put you in debt, and there may be an animal charity to help with costs, Ie. PDSA, Raestead, Cats protection league.
Do it today please.

Get up off a few dollars and get that cat to the vet. If you are that irresponsible with animals, what are you doing with one in the first place?
