Most adherents of Islam would argue that their god "Allah" is the same monotheity mentioned in the Hebrew Scriptures. Abraham (the common patriarch of Jews and Muslims) called the Almighty by His personal name: Jehovah.
Sadly, however, there is little about the god of Islam which indicates he is any but Satan himself. Like all of false religion, Islam serves the purposes of God's chief enemy the Devil.
(2 Corinthians 11:14-15) Satan himself keeps transforming himself into an angel of light. It is therefore nothing great if his ministers also keep transforming themselves into ministers of righteousness. But their end shall be according to their works.

How can Jehovah resemble allah? He can't... allah tries to resemble Jehovah .
What makes Islam so much different than Christainity? Grace.... Our God hears and answers with a gentle voice. When we cry out for mercy He is always there for us.
Allah? He's a mute god a silent uncaring blood thirsty god. His followers will kill in a moment to revenge allah? crazy huh

If you really want to know the truth as to who Jehovah is, then study the scriptures using your own bible with one of my brothers or sisters who are Jehovah's Witnesses.
Call your local Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses or stop by Sunday and ask someone for a free home bible study.
Then you will not only learn the truth regarding who Jehovah really is, but if you apply what you learn, you will be on the road to everlasting life on a Paradise earth.

Sorry, but any muslim will tell you that a*lah can't do things Jehovah did (i.e. have a son, put his spirit into a human body, allow that body to die off the top of my head).
