What is the etiquette rule for saying bless you after multiple sneezes?

Just one bless you in the beginning or one bless you per sneeze?

Sneezes in pair require no "Bless you."
Odd numbered sneezes Should get a "Bless you."
1 "Bless you" is sufficient for the whole set of sneezes.
If the person stops for a while, say a minute or so, and the starts again an additional "Bless you" may be considerate, but is not required.

"Kazoontite" is just as polite, but is often considered more politically correct by atheists.

The only reason people say bless you is because back before medicine, if you sneezed it meant you had a cold which meant you would probably die. Therefore you might want a blessing.

If you still want to say it, wait till the person is done sneezing and then bless them.

your heart stops briefly so you're dead so to speak. I say each sneeze deserves a blessing.
