probably over a year. They are cheap enough that you can just throw them out if they are questionable. I know one of the main things you have to look for is bugs. I made some once and noticed black specks in the noodles. Upon closer inspection, I noticed they were bugs.

Dried pasta can keep for years and years. It's in a state that isn't easily digestible, even for bacteria etc. It will remain that way until it gets wet or cooked and the grain compounds begin to break down.

As long as you keep them in a dry place, noodles will keep pretty much forever.
