Which end of the world are you talking about? The Mayan? The Hindu? The Islamic? The Christian? Which brand of Christian? I mean, we need to know which mythology we're supposed to be riffing on to answer this question.

They will enjoy whatever rewards they have coming to them after the flesh more or less. judgment is not for anyone to say. we should concern ourselves with our own destiny reap our own rewards for our actions. there is more to be gained than heaven. our status will reflect our decisions. as for those that call themselves atheist, good luck to you, also I have enjoyed reading near death experiences by atheist their stories contradict their belief. check it out just enter into search....near death experiences of atheist. there are many listed.

This bible indicated that there is no middle ground. you either believe or you don't. The Quran says the same thing.
On the final day of judgment there will be a Resurrection and there will be a separation of the lambs of God from the goats.
Symbolically that means that those who don't believe will be separated out like weeds from wheat.
Annnnndaaah ~ It says the weeds will be burned.
