I would really like to know what meal has the highest fat content in the world? It has to be a regular sized portion and a real meal not like a bunch of lard or something.

OK, I'm going to go with two bratwursts on buns, with butter, a side of heavy fat mayo potato salad, some high fat chips and high fat dip, topped off with high fat ice cream and a high fat cookie on the side - pie with ice cream or one of those fudge cakes with ice cream would also be bad. Oh, and then let's have a large cup of coffee with lots of hydrogenated fat artificial creamer in it.
And then throw up.
A Johnsonville brat has 220 calories total. 200 of them are from fat.
Are you trying to have a coronary?
