I like this girl who is a year older then me and i think she likes me too, ive known her for a few months now and im not sure on how to compliment her the next time i see her
Btw im always gna see her every week which could make things difficult after.

Be honest when you compliment her & comment about something that catches your eye about her! What do you like about her? Her eyes, hair, outfit, or perfume? Tell her.

Find a specific thing to compliment about her. Do it in the moment you find something impressive about her.
For example, if she's wearing a beautiful dress, you could say, "Wow, that's a gorgeous dress you're wearing today" or "Hey, you look good in that dress!" If she solves a problem, you could say, "Very good work!" or "That was smart of you!" or "That's a great idea!" or "You're good in a crisis." If she does something nice for you or for someone else, you could say, "Thanks" or "That was kind of you" or "You know, you're a really nice person!"
Now don't make the mistake of rehearsing these very words to say to her. I'm giving you the gist, the impetus, the spirit of your compliments to her, not the script. Find your own words, and find those precious moments when you can say something good or uplifting to her.

Just say the nicest thing that comes to mind. If you think her hair looks nice that day, tell her. If you like her outfit, tell her. If she tells a funny joke, laugh and tell her she is funny. Just be honest! Girls love compliments and she will probably look forward to seeing you again the next week and getting more compliments!

Oooooo thats a tough one.
well I would like it if A guy complimented me on my hair (its takes a long time to do our hair you know!!!), and some girls take more than half an hour trying to make their bad hair day turn into a real good one.
Or I think it would be really sweet if you say "I like your smile" awww!!!! thats so cute!! and plus its a bit flirty too, you know, thats how you can let her know you like her back. That would make ANY girls day I am sure of it. 100%

say how pretty her eyes are or how nice her smile is or how gorgeous her hair looks or how good she looks in what shes wearing :)
but you should probably compliment her on her personality type thing like if shes nice or funny or something. dont just compliment her on how she looks :)
sweet stuff like that always makes a girl smile when its from a nice guy

If she is a year older than you, she probabaly would like for you to act mature. Immature guys are soo annoying. If she likes a certain show or team, watch it and the next time you see her talk about the show you saw. She'll come over and talk more about it. Don't lie! Watch the show/game!! Find out things she likes and talk about those with her next time. :)

A compliment about anything really. Hair, outfit, smile, shoes, personality whatever you like, as long as you don't do anything daft like say "Hey sexy" or "Hey hottie." Most of us girls don't like comments like that, it gives us a hint that you're not in this for a real relationship.

What attracts you to her, be honest. Her style clothes, hair, shoes, her personality is she nice, fun, outgoing. You can tell someone they are fun if that is how you feel. I always like nice compliment, that is a real one. It is nice to have someone notice something nice about you, and remind you of how great you are.

Do you think she is pretty? If so, what do you think is pretty about her? Her eyes? Her smile? Her perfectly white teeth? Her hair? Be honest. It shows.
Do you think she looks best in a certain color? If so, tell her. And if you notice something about her shoes, jewelry, or clothing that you like, tell her. Only if you honestly like it, though. That way it means something.

say like, i tihnk your a really fun/cool girl we should hang out. Ivite her out with a gorup of people too, it makes you come on a ltitle less strong, and then see if shes into you. MAke eye contact and smile...flirt with her....tease her a little bit and like "accidentaly" fall into her, but make it a joke. like whoahhhh, o, sry (smiling) lol....shell get the point and shell flirt back
