Just accepting Jesus does no good unless the person follows his commandments, believing in him means doing the will of his father as he did. Faith without works is dead.

I don't hate Jesus.
I think Jesus was a great teacher who left a lot of enlightened wisdom the world would benefit from.
Just because I don't worship Jesus as God doesn't mean I hate him.
You don't worship Krishna. Does that mean you hate him? Get some persepctive and objectivity in life and you will be a lot less distressed about other people's differences.

Um...who are you addressing? I'm an atheist, I don't hate Jesus, no more than you hate the Easter Bunny or the Flying Spaghetti Monster. Given that atheists do not hate Jesus, I can only imagine you're addressing satanists. I'm not sure how many satanists there are here on Yahoo Answers, though. Maybe next time you should specify who you're addressing so we don't have to guess. :\

I only hate Jesus because every time he comes over and uses the bathroom he always misses the bowl - and he doesn't wipe the urine up off the floor! He just leaves it there!
I think he also digs through my medicine cabinet.

I don't hate jesus, just like I don't hate anything that is imaginary.
The jesus you pray to is a mythological person, invented to be an ideal model of a pagan god. I think that makes YOU a pagan, oh ye worshipper of a false god.
(No offense to pagans, of course!)

Jesus seams like an OK guy, I have nothing personal against him, its his followers that tend to leave a bad taste in my mouth.

You seem to love Jesus Christ very much and I commend you on that. But I am confused; as you say you love Jesus and express what his qualities were, you do not know why so many hate/hated Jesus? I would be happy to explain it to you and we can both go to our copies of the Bible to learn why.

I don't hate Jesus. In fact, in the Dominican Republic (back in 1995), I was flirting around with him and we ended up necking on the beach.
In fact, there were several guys named Jesus, but I was just with the cutest one.
