Looking for a hair stylist in the Richmond Virginia area?

I am looking for a stylist who has experience with thin and fine hair. Preferably someone who has cut "The Rachel". I know it was in the 90's but I don't care. I want what I like not what is in style. Besides, it still is a very sexy look. Any help/direction would be greatly appreciated
