Yes. Muslims believe Jesus (or Isa, as they call him) to be a Prophet, born of a miracle birth, with no father, but not the "son of God". They also believe that he did not die on the cross, but rather was replaced by an imposter, whose likeness was changed to resemble Jesus.

Yes, Muslims believe that Jesus was a Messenger to the people, just like Abraham, Isac and Jacob, Just like Moses, and Mohamed was the last messenger. They don't believe that God has any Sons because they think that this being the son makes him God, Allah is only one God but the Quran says that if God wanted to have a son he could. Jesus is mentioned several places in the Quran, as well as his Mother Mary. I don't wich to go through and look them all up but I will give you three places. Page 391 - 392 - section 5 , Page 597 - section 2 Intitled Mary and Jesus, and Page 936 - section 6 Titled Jesus as Prophet.

As I understand it, Jesus was born of Mary. She was a virgin. God commanded him to be and so he came into being.
When she was questioned about it. People supposing she had been naughty the babe spoke in her defence from the cradle
He was not crucified but rescued by Divine intervention
At a future date he will return with the prophet Mohammed and destroy the cross and slay the swine.
He will also judge the world. In particular chucking Christians into hell for declaring that he was a god.
In a word the Jesus of the Quran is not the peerless Jesus of the gospels. Interesting to note that in one instance the term 'Christ Jesus' is used
thanks to Lotrfan
"..O MARY! GOD GIVETH THEE GLAD TIDINGS OF A WORD FROM HIM: HIS NAME WILL BE CHRIST JESUS, THE SON OF MARY.." HOLY QURAN 3:45
"..CHRIST JESUS THE SON OF MARY WAS (NO MORE THAN) AN APOSTLE OF GOD.." HOLY QURAN 4:171
The Annointed is not a name but a title. Obviously something has gone wrong with the English translation, as the Quran is delivered straight from the throne of God by the Angel Gabriel
and therefore can not be faulted. And as a non Muslim I will not have a clue what it really means.
Also I wonder what those Biblical expositers would make of it who regard Jesus Christ as the movement of Jesus from earth to heaven, and Christ Jesus the movement of heaven to earth, as in 'Faithful is the saying and worthy of acceptance by all, Christ Jesus came into the world to save sinners.'
I understand that at one point a Mohammed had explained the way of Islam to someone, who implored him that his sins be forgiven. The reply given was that anyone who becomes Muslim and follows Islam has their sins forgiven.
Whereas the apostles said of Jesus, 'There is no other name given under heaven whereby we must be saved.'

Of course we believe in Jesus(PBUH). We love and believ in him as we do all Prophets of Allaah. From Adam to Muhammad and of course all of them in between. He was a Prophet and Messenger. He didn't die on the cross. he isn't the son og God. He will come back like he said. He is mentioned in the Quran more times than Prophet Muhammad(PBUH). He was born a miraculous birth to a virgin, Maryam.

Behold! the angels said "O Mary! Allah giveth thee glad tidings of a Word from Him: his name will be Christ Jesus the son of Mary held in honor in this world and the Hereafter and of (the company of) those nearest to Allah. (Holy Quran:3:45)
The above is just one verse from the numerous verses in the Holy Quran mentioning Jesus Christ (Peace be upon Him). Muslims believe that he was one of the mightiest Messengers of Allah (swt).
Muslims believe that he was born miraculously, without any male intervention, which many modern day Christians do not believe.
Muslims believe he was the Messiah translated Christ (pbuh).

Of course we believe in Jesus but as a prophet of God, not as the son of God or as God himself. We love and respect Jesus. There are many verses in the Quran regarding Jesus, I dont have time right now to list them all. Simply if you have a Quran just look at the index at the back under J and there they all are. Insha Allah i hope this answers your question. Peace to you.

Yes, they believe he was a Prophet of God.. not the Son of God... as they believe Muhammad was a Prophet of God... but they believe Muhammad was God's last Prophet sent to Earth... meaning he gave us the "updated" version of what we should be doing.
I don't own a Quran so I can't look up a verse for you.. but I have Muslim friends and my Brother-in-law is Muslim.. and after talking with them on many occasions I claim to know a little about the religion.

Yes Muslims believe that Jesus was the prophet and messenger of god, not the son of god like Christians believe. Muslims also don't believe he was crucified, we believe he was sent up to heaven and God made another man look exactly like him, and instead he was crucified. Here is one of the many verses that mention him: "Then she brought the child to her folk, carrying him, and they said, "Mary, you have surely committed a monstrous thing. Sister of Aaron, your father was not a wicked man, nor your mother a woman unchaste. Mary pointed to the child; but they said, 'Hoe shall we speak to one who still in the cradle, a little child. And he said, 'Lo, I am God's servant, God has given me the Book and made me a Prophet Blessed He has made me ,wherever/may be; and hi has enjoined me to prayer, and to give the alms so long as I live, and likewise to cherish my mother; He has not made me arrogant and wicked. Peace be upon me, the day I was born, and the day I die, and the day I am raised up a live. "Maryam 19:29-33)

Muslims believe in a man named Isa who represents the Jesus who Christians know.
The Isa of Islam is not the Jesus of Christianity.
