Can I go to YOUR church?

Well, I have to say that if you have permission to play the organ, I can't see any reason why not. I mean, organs are really there to be played. Otherwise, they go unused.
A played organ is a happy organ!

Doing good works does not get you into Heaven if you are sinning on the side (Matthew 7:21-23).
Since we don't know you, or what you are doing, then we cannot tell.
