Start eating fruit in the replacment of junk food, it will take time but I promise it will work. I only drink water during the day now and I only eat healthy foods. I do eat something junky every now and then. If you exercise hard and eat healthy, you deserve to splerge every now and then.

Its better to eat more and excersice.

You keep yourself from eating junk food by not buying it.

it is NOT better to eat less. unless you eat pounds of food on a normal bases. it is good 2 eat healthier, though and defenitaly x-ersize. for your 2 question find healthy food you like-bananas strawberries blueberries are my fav.s smoothies are good too. hope i helped!
