i saw a man today, he had 2 holes inthe side of his head?

they were sort of electrical looking like round plug sockets . he also had a fake ear. the socket was just above this. it was wierd im not joking what on earth was it???

hes likely has surgery for a inner ear tumor or maybe has had a cochlear implant for hearing.
