When they reject a guy it is no big deal and they just go on their merry way. However, if a guy they like rejects them they get really really pissed off at the guy or they keep bugging the guy until he accepts a date with them. Girls, it's a two-way street. If you reject a guy and you're happy with that, you should also respect the guy's decision that he doesn't want to date you. And don't tell me "Because we are girls and emotional we can get away with that." That is such a BS and sexist comment. Just because you're girls doesn't give you more privilege in the dating game. If you want a guy to respect you for your decision not to date him then you also have to respect the guy's decision when he doesn't want to date you. Girls who are hypocrites on this matter are a bunch of self-serving ------.

I agree with you completely. Most females are such hypocrites. Even though I am technically a part of that gender, I am glad that I don't act like that. It's disgusting how women use the fact that they are women to account for everything. Grow UP!

Your question should've been "Why are some girls...." as it's clear not all girls or all boys are anything.

Some people are hypocrits, some aren't. Those that are believe their opinions and feelings to be more important than those of anyone else, and that nothing applies to them unless they want it to.

Rejection is never fun, but some people have much less issue giving it out than taking it. Others would rather take it than give it, some are bothered by neither very deeply, and some are devasted by both.

Name calling and biotching isn't necessary...simply realize some people are the way they are and keep those undesirables out of your life.

hahaha i love it :)

many guys that ask me out are VERY offended when i say no, and do hassle for a while... but women i think nowadays, it has become more acceptable for women to ask men out, but have not had the years of getting used to rejection ? maybe. women are emotional but typically will go to their girlfriends to b*tch about a guy turning them down. AND the fact that all kinds of women's magazines talk about how flattered men get when asked out by a women so women are not prepared for the fact that not ALL men will be so flattered... hahaha MILLIONS of reasons :) good luck to ya though ~ let em down easy :)

okay buddy generalizing way too much and its bothering me. not all girls are like this. so stop generalizing! in this case, the guys are not showing their emotions. and the girls are being too emotional. its not good, because the guys are doing too little and the girls too much. maybe if you were to tell the girls how you felt , they would stop. but you cant just expect it to change if you keep your mouth shut.

So you're saying that you've never been rejected and kept trying anyway? Or you've never been pissed that a girl rejected you? It's human nature to want what you can't have. Get a grip.

In the situation you described, I would have to agree with you. I don't know why some females think they're better, but it's not all of us. I believe it's a two way street. I will apologize for those of us who think we're above everyone else.

I don't know, why do some men insist on making blanket statements about all women?

The statistics on stalking and domestic violence lead me to question your assertion that most guys are fine with rejection.

I am not, if a guy doesn't like me he has a reason. Why would I want to waste my time being hateful about it? I am not 14 either though.
