The perps are almost all Latinos. You better be careful or a La Raza member will give you a violation notice! The point is that US police officers should immediately determine whether or not the perps they have arrested are illegal aliens or not. IF they are found to be illegal aliens, then ICE should be contacted, and they should not be released on bail! When they are finished with their sentence, they should be deported swiftly.

Our jails are to good for them. I personally think that anyone that harms a child should be taken out back and shot. Guess who is paying to put them in jail and keep them there. Us. Even if we sent them back to Mexico they don't go to jail, they just let them go and they turn right back around and come back next week. I say shoot them and be done with them.

It is a proven fact that hispanic cultures view rape, incest and child molestation as "normal" relations.
There are entire books written about the "macho" problem with hispanics.
Since we have so many hispanic illegal alien criminals in the USA, and the U.S. does not allow criminals to immigrate legally, here is just more proof that it is the criminal who has probably already committed crimes in his own nation, who is coming into the USA illegally. They bring their culture immorality and deficiencies with them. They come here and commit the same crimes they committed in their own nation, where often it is not considered a "crime".
Until some of the countries which are exporting their unwanted, criminal, and needy, illegally into the USA, (mostly hispanic nations from south of our border) become educated, cultured, step into the 21st century, learn how to respect others instead of trying to get whatever they can from everyone, take take take, by force, by theft, by begging, by scamming, then all nations which are subjected to being invaded by these kind of criminals, who have no respect for any laws, and will never obey any law will continue.
Not until nations like Mexico, which allows rape and child rape to be legal in some Mexican states, with no protection for women and children, because they have the "macho" problem, all the way up the food chain into the highest government offices, is sanctioned and punished in front of the world, by the UN and the World Court, also for sweeping their criminals and undesirables into the USA illegally, supporting and encouraging violation of U.S. sovereignty and laws, until Mexico is embarrassed on the world stage, and made to pay for what they are doing, until they are made into an example for other Latin American and South American nations, this travesty will continue and our prisons and jails will be full of illegal aliens from Mexico and other immoral third world countries.

These men are sick, and should be punished. They do not represent immigrant people as a whole however. I want to know where were the parents of these young children? If they were negligent in anyway they are partly to blame.
