If you have long hair, don't wear it down - pull it back similar to how you'd have to wear it if you worked there.

Dress business casual - khaki pants, a skirt or a skort (not shorts or capris) with a nice shirt (plain).

Check under your nails - cleanliness is absolutely key. You're going to be in a food service environment if you get the job, so think about how you would want the staff to look if you were the customer.

Use a firm handshake when you introduce yourself. Speak clearly and firmly (loud). It is important that you can communicate effectively in a fast-paced environment like Subway.

Ask about hours, availability and career opportunities. Your interest shows that this is more than 'just a job' or a way to make a buck.
