Does your Dog?

Question

When my dog is sitting on the sofa she puts her leg over the arm

I was wondering if anybody else had a dog that does this as it just looks funny

My girl lies on her back with her legs in the air ..She sprawls right out like lady muck

My dog used to sit upright (like a beg) in the back seat of the car and rest her foreleg on the window rest & look out the window. She'd do it on the front seat if I let her sit there which could have been quite funny in a left hand drive.

No but my dogs like to hang their heads over the arm, or even over the edge of the couch.. Sometimes they back up to the couch and sit with their butt on the edge and look like weird little furry black people.. They get a charge out if It I think.. They also do it on the front porch too.. Sitting their butts on the step..

My dog straddles the arm and is not bothered about the rest of the sofa. Looks cute-like one of those remote control holders shaped like a cuddly toy.

My dog isn't allowed on the furniture as he's too big.

But he seems to use the phone when we go out, as it's always off the hook when we get back home. So maybe he gets comfortable on the sofa, calls his mates, and watches one man and his dog while we're out.........

YEs! My bulldog will drape her front paw over the arm of the couch and rest her head next to it. She likes her head to be elevated when she sleeps. I think it helps her breathe easier.

It IS pretty funny to watch. As if they are posing in some dramatic portrait.

One of mine does, but she's a great dane and the couch isn't big enough for her. She's so lazy, God forbid she'd sit on the floor.

yeah, i have a dalmatian and a doberman and they both do this, kinda looks like their waiting for you to pass them the remote controll or offer them a cup of tea doesn't it?
