How do you know/tell when he's "the one" for you? Is it just this thing that suddenly hits you, like poof, I could be with this guy forever? Or is it like..."wow we work really well together, I think I could be with him forever" I mean....how do you know? Is it the inseperable feeling? I doubt all of my feelings ALWAYS, no matter who I'm with or what I do. I have this constant itch of unsatifaction in all that I do. So I wonder if I'll ever find the one. I am seeing someone ...that I look at ...and wonder if he could be the one for me, I love spending time with him, i'm always excited to see him/be with him, and it's never a dull moment, but I don't trust myself/my thoughts/feelings, and I always wonder whether I'm making the right move. I need some input on this! Please help! What is the soulmate feeling...if you've had it...or how you imagine it. Thanks

Hey I met mine about 5 years ago. We've been together and separated twice. We still email every once in a while. Even though we're both dating someone else right now I know that eventually we'll be together; it is all a matter of time and opportunity.
It didn't hit me all of a sudden. It took some time to get to know each other. We have alot in common and we work well with each other.
I know what he is doing at any given time of the year even though we do not speak of our every day lives. I know how he feels when certain times of the year come around. I know his goals and what he wants to do with his life; he doesn't have to even speak of them. I know what he wants for his kids and how much he enjoys being a father.
It is a comforting feeling knowing who my soul mate is and I do not worry about what is going to happen and when I just know it will. I do not know how to explain it to you; I just feel at peace within myself. I am not trying to make anything happen any sooner than when it is supposed to. I haven't even seen him in three years we only email. I do not drive by his house even though I know where he lives. But whether it be in the next five or twenty years; it doesn't matter I know it will happen.
When you meet that person you will want to spend the rest of your life with him (or her). You will find great comfort being in their presence and that will be all that you will need.

READ THIS!!!! there is no particular feelings that u will have, he will not tell you, nothing super special is gonna happen when it happens you will know and you want even know why you will just be in love with this man and you'll know it's forever.

I think its different for everyone. I met my soulmate even though I am not with him right now. I realized it to late we are still best friends so maybe there is still hope.

When you are ready to find your life mate; it may very well be love at first sight. Alternatively, you may have epiphany, i.e., realize, you already have found your life partner. It is more about you being ready, than any random encounter.
