Are the crowns screwed on? I just want to be sure the attachment is secure so I don't have to worry about the crown falling off when I eat or when I'm sleeping at night. Thanks.

There not any more danger for the crown to fall off an implant as it is by a crown falling off a natural tooth. Mine are screwed on. Very secure and I cant remove it. Only a dentist with proper tools can remove them but why would they need too. I don't even get mine removed for cleanings.

Many are cemented just like other crowns are.

Always have your wisdom teeth removed by a specialist oral & Maxillofacial surgeon. An implant can be either a screw on implant, or cement on implant. Both are secure.
