What do these abbreviations mean in the chruch...SYC, GA, EQP

SYC=Stake Youth Council (my daughter is on this)
GA=General Authority
EQP=Elder's Quorum President (my husband was one once)
edit: I was told that not all stakes have SYC, but ours does, and I think it's just so wonderful! It gives the youth of the stake a chance to be in leadership positions and run their own affairs. Adults are called, but are to remain silent as much as humanly possible, so it's all the kids, not the adults. You might be surprised at how these kids come up with some really good ideas.
Oh, and the SYC is also responsible for choosing music for youth dances. This gives them the chance to really decide what music is good and wat isn't.
I think all stakes should have one, and probably will soon.

Could it be SYA or SLC?
SYA is Single Young Adults (18-30 years old)
SLC is Salt Lake City
