That was the statement their put out to the press after the raid yesterday.I don't believe a bit of it.The company I used to work for had away around the law.On construction sites they shifted the hiring to the foreman the who was suppose to check ID cards and S.S. numbers and have them make copy's of both.The man in the field has no way to verify the documents or not.And as for the copy's, what a laugh! they would go to a 7-11 store and turn the printer real dark.That way the company was off the hook and the foreman took the fall if someone investigated.

No, I don't believe they were following the law...I agree with the first few posters...there are plenty of ways around following the law so they are not responsible...but the person who "IS" is nothing more than a scape goat for poor practices. They should be fined for everything that they are worth...maybe the businesses will stop hiring illegal aliens and the illegal aliens will go home...one can only hope!

They were actually warned time and time again. They knew those were illegal criminal aliens they were hiring. I hope they get fined big time for each and every one of the illegals they hired. They do not deserve the Americans' business.
