I know, just don't eat the things anymore.

But I've noticed that a lot of times, 20 or so minutes later my stomach is kinda quezy. it passes after like 10 minutes.

Do you eat the grapenuts with milk? If so, it may be the milk and not the cereal. You could be lactose intolerant and the milk is not being digested well.

I like Grapenuts mixed in with yogurt. If it is the milk, this may be more tolerable for you.

Grapenuts are pure unaltered fiber. It could be to much for your system to handle at once. If your interested in healthy breakfast foods-try Kashi's different cereals that are just as good-minus the large dose of fiber.

If your system is having a hard time with fiber or you have other issues such as IB or IBC or Chrons, you may want to speak with your doctor about eating such foods. (other diseases and disorders with colons, stomache and even gaulbladders can create problems with digestion)

Perhaps you have a mild food allergy to one of the ingredients.

I eat them before races (running, cycling, triathlon) specifically because they DON'T upset my stomach.

Did you hear about the guy who went to the doctor and said, "Dr., it hurts when I do this." The doctor answered, "Then, don't do that."
