A Roush/Fenway or HMS driver will probably win the race. Matt, Carl, Jimmie, Jeff or Kyle should take the checkered flag. Out of those 5 I have a hunch it will be Kyle even though I would prefer a different driver win it.

I'm still leanin' on Casey Mears. He's heading back to California, his hometown track, and that whole #25 gang has got that team turned around. He's been a strong contender here recently jumping from 36th to 16th since the 12th race of the season @ Charlotte, where he got his first win of his career. Look for him to do well @ Cali, and run in the top-10. If not Casey, I think one of his Hendrick compadres' may get another win.

Jeff Gordon. Second here in the spring, 3 wins at California, and very hungry for more chase bonus points

As much as I don't like Roush, I'm going to have to go with one of those drivers.
Best bet is Kenseth or Edwards.
