Go to the doctor and calm down. Also you can check the paper. People have free blood pressure screenings all the time.

Get your blood pressure checked. You can't expect people to "read" your blood pressure in a short paragraph.
Many pharmacies have a free blood pressure monitor on site. It can, at least, tell you if it reads high enough that you should see a doctor.
It doesn't matter what any of us, on Yahoo Answers, tell you. Untreaded hypertension can KILL. You won't know what treatment is required, if any, untill a doctor checks you out. You may have nothing more than mild anxiety. You won't know until you check it out.

First, see your physician. A normal range for blood pressure is anything around 90 to 140 systolic and 60 to 90 diastolic. That translates to 90/60 to 140/90. Anything over 140/90 is considered high. High blood pressure, or hypertension, may be hereditary, so be sure to know your family history. It also can result from an underlying medical condition. Breathlessness and headaches can result from hypertension. Other warning signs are fatigue, vision disturbances, chest pain, irregular heart beat, and blood in the urine.
Hypertension that goes untreated can progress to stroke, heart disease, kidney failure, preecclampsia, and many other complications. Hypertension can threaten your life at any given moment if it gets too high, so be sure to consult your doctor for a confirmation.
Hypertension is classified like this:
prehypertension: 120-139/80-89
hypertension: greater than 140/90
stage 1 hypertension: 140-159/90-99
stage 2 hypertension: 160 or greater/99 or greater
Lifestyle changes include:
weight loss
quitting smoking
healthier diet with low sodium
regular exercise
limit alcoholic drinks (or take in none at all)
Medications include:
ACE inhibitors
ARBs
Diuretics
Beta-blockers
Calcium Channel Blockers
Hope this helps you! But remember to consult your doctor!

Getting mad can raise your blood pressure, but the fact that you get mad doesn't MEAN you have high blood pressure. That call has to be made by your doctor. It's usually made after he/she has seen a pattern of high readings over a period of time. You'd have to visit your doctor to get a definitive diagnosis. No reputable medical professional is going to diagnose this over the web - they will want to examine you in person first.
As to the headaches, that might be caused by the stress of whatever made you mad in the first place.

Sounds more like a panic attack than high blood pressure.

you may have a number of medical conditions that could be the cause or attribute to your experience. Only a doctor can diagnose what is happening to you, but yes your blood pressure can be one of the factors.
