dude, you can't just waltz into a country's recruiting office and join up.. just like America, there are minimum requirements.. not the least of which you must be a citizen or legal permanent resident.
Not to mention that whatever DQs you from serving in the US Military could very well be a DQ for any other military as well.

Well there is the Montgomery GI bill for all of the armed forces. There is the free medical care where you can even get Lasik surgery for free. There is also money that is paid on your behalf if you choose to take school while you are still in. There is a lot more. Pretty much as far as the military works the benefits are some of the best in the world but the actual pay sucks. So in other words you should use everything at your disposal while you are in.

"May Not" implies you have not even applied to join the US military as of yet!
Pray do tell why you believe you wont get in to the US Forces?
If its a health matter this will be found out no matter where you try to join up.
As joining most militaries entails swearing allegence to the country the military represents, they wont be to interested in taking a foreigner with no connection to that country.
And of course there is alway the chance that nobody else wants a reject from the US military.

The French foreign legion may well be your best shot. Their recruiting offices are in Marseille and Paris. Provided you've a clean criminal record, you can join under a false name (Yes, they will check your fingerprints against Interpol!). If you want to, you can request that not even your family is notified of you joining. Unlike many other states theres no requirement for living in France for a long period before hand. However, discipline is tough and selection has a drop out rate of 70-80%. A working knowledge of French is an advantage and complete 5 years you'll get French citizenship (complete with passport).

UK, Canada or Australia all have excellent militaries. Why can't you join the US military? And i wouldn't recomment joining one of it's enemies, that's a quick way to buy the farm.
