My late-dad's name was Richard.

I lost contact with him when I was 15. Last time I saw him I was 28 - I didn't know he had cancer- I turned up without an invite - he wouldn't speak to me- he hurried me away cos my step-mum was due back.

About a year later, I started crying in my sleep- I'd wake cos I felt I was drowning with all the tears.

Then I woke up during the night, saying: "Don't cry Daddy, don't cry. It'll be alright." I sensed he was in pain. That went on for a while
(I didn't know where he was living cos he'd moved).

Then I suddenly sensed he was dead. I flung myself into the corner of the room and sat on the floor sobbing for ages...

Then I felt he was guiding me- telling me what to do, step by step... so I did as instructed...

& that led me to do a book - which in a wierd way relates to his work- or to be exact, about what he knew but didn't act on cos he couldn't (due to his job- his employers wouldn't have approved).

I found out information I had no idea about when he was alive.

And now, there are 3 people who have really helped me - all called Richard!

How strange and wonderful!

This IS a true story!
Why would I make up such a story?
How could I even think up such a story?
Who says spirits are bad???

Don't be concerned at all with those who scoff at your story as they speak of thier own spiritual refelction and not yours.

Lessons are laid out for many in life, if not for all. Sometimes there are hidden clues to meaning and so on. Many times the messages are not litteral but symbolic as such Symbolism Requires each to "sort out the truth"; it requires actual Spiritual work as opposed to spoon fed Religion.

In your case take Richard.

Richard showed up in three personalities, all with the same name. I would consider this a clue to look deeper in to Any simalarities each Richard had.

Piece this together and see if it resolves anything you have on your plate.

I think, in life, it is often more emotionally rewarding to marvel at the wonder of given situations or circumstances than to become embroiled in over-analysing them in order to comprehend what's going on. Everything happens for a reason. Whether they brings you grief or sorrow, if you learn to appreciate and learn from them, then they can only make you a better person.

The truth is that humans have selective memories, and we tend to remember things that are unusual over those that are ordinary and mundane... I doubt there is anything more than coincidence in this situation - you have simply unintentionally forgetten details that made you aware of the situation... (for eg., a friend of mine said he had a premonition he was going to have a baby. When his lady told him she was pregnant, he flipped out - but in reality, he subconciously was aware that they had sex, and that it was unprotected and that he climaxed inside her, which typically results in pregnancy. So, this premonition was nothing more than his subconcious trying to remind him that he was potentially going to be a dad.)

Richard is not a rare name. Not surprised youve run into a few of them.

Life can be like that.

Coincidence is just a term for surprisingly interesting and a little rare.

It happens - whether real or not (on this occasion) - it happens.

He's family. My grandmother knew when my uncle was kicked in the head by a horse when he was 14 and my sister knew when my nephew was in danger when his father overdosed (they're divorced).

I'm spiritual, I just don't believe in god. There are alot of things we don't yet understand. That doesn't make them god driven.

It isnt important what others think, just what you feel and think. I believe he came to you in this dream to let you know he still cared about you and to try and guide you...
