You should watch your calories. Dont eat any sugar at all, or any fattening foods. Try to have a salad for dinner or what not. I know that salads are not that fulfilling sometimes, so try to make them more filling by adding things like Cheese (not too much though), and vegetables like carrots. Try ranch dressing on it too. Not too much though.

The salad would be for dinner.

For lunch, try to have a small sandwitch with two slices of ham and one cheese slice.

For Breakfast, try a bowl of multi-grain cereal (be sure to follow the serving amount on the box)

And besides those meals, MAKE SURE you get up and get moving. Try going to the gym and work out on the treadmill every day. Dont give yourself the excuse that you dont have time, or you're too tired. It all comes down to this: do you REALLY want to lose the weight?

Okay...first off, let's get the word "fast" out of your vocabulary. If you want to lose these pounds in a healthy manner, it probably won't happen quickly. The trainers at my gym always say, "You didn't put on the weight over night and it won't come off over night."
Having said that, my first suggestion would be to get active. You don't have to join a gym to do that. All you need to do is find something you like - such as walking, skating, running, tennis, biking, etc. Do this activity at least 3x per week for a half hour or more. During your exercise time, make sure you hit your target heart rate for at least 15-20 minutes.
As far as eating is concerned, eat more raw foods such as fruit and vegetables. Also add some fibre to your diet. This is simple b/c the fresh produce will help with that. Cut down on processed foods - expecially those with a lot of sugar (or high fructose corn syrup), salt and fat. You can still snack! Just replace your chips. cookies and whathaveyou with healthier alternatives such as granola bars, oatmeal cookies (like the kind Kashi makes), or rice cakes.
For your bigger meals, cook your meats in healthy ways. Try to bake, grill, or broil as opposed to frying. Eat leaner meats such as fish, chicken and turkey.
Try to eliminate fast food and soda all together. They are both horrible for your health and when people abstain from these, they find that they lose a bunch of weight.
I hope this helps you a bit. Good luck!

Write "lose" not "loose" 5000 times with a very heavy pen :-)
