He doesn't return my calls or emails, I am trying to have a tax situation resolved and have gotten nothing from him in 3 months.

Have you paid him anything?

You could possibly sue him if you are out money, but good luck finding a lawyer to take the case.

OK, so I'm a cynic.

It probably isn't worth the trouble. It's probably very hard to sue an attorney for not doing his job. I think you should just fire him and find a better attorney. Or you could threaten to fire him, and see if that makes him come to his senses.

Oh Boy,so you want to sue your lawyer,remember this you will have to hire another lawyer to do that then you go in front of a judge whom by the way is a lawyer.Let's see now,If I do my math right you lose.But if you have a lot of money to get rid of go ahead.In reality just send it to me,The results will be the same.Sorry.
