There are a couple different reasons. One is that her menstral cycle is not always the same which could cause her eggs not to be fertile at the same time every month. she would need to see a doctor who could inject her with hormones to get her cycle on track and then you get the pleasure of having scheduled sex during a four to six hour period on certain days. the second is that your sperm are not strong enough to swim the distance. In which case you would have to go see the doctor. Basically, you both need to go see her OB/GYN who will refer you to a specialist that could help you get pregnant.

Could be anything. That's why you need to go together to a specialist and start making some tests to figure out what might be wrong. The simplest reason is that you don't make sex on the day on your wife's ovulation. That's the first thing to do - get a book or read on the Internet how to find out the day of her ovulation. It could be hormonal imbalance but that is very easy to find out - you go to the doctor and they draw some blood from her vein. Next day you get the results. Sex drive doesn't have much to do with it - if you try on the right day, you might make sex once and get pregnant immediately. Another reason is low sperm count in which case they have to test your sperm which is not a big deal either. As you see, you just have to start the process going and eventually you will have your baby!

i would suggest that the both of u go n see the doctor and find out what the problem is. have some fertility tests. sometimes the both of u r fine but she has a "weak womb". try to get her to bring her legs up against the wall for abt 20-30mins b4 bedtime to strenghten her womb.then get an ovulating test kit to know when is the right time to have sex. most importantly, learn to relax and have fun while making love. do not be too anxious as u'll get disappointed when there's no pregnancy.
my husband and me tried to have a baby for over a year after our wedding and only now i am pregnant. i had a hard time when ppl come up to me,felt my empty tummy and ask y am i not pregnant yet, without even considering abt how i might feel.i usually go home and cried my heart out.butmy husband is a sweet man and he assured me that everything is gonna be fine. we kept on praying and making love and in the end,we got what we wanted.
never lose your faith in the wonders of God,no matter what religion u r.He does everything for a very good reason and the time will come. Just keep on trying. I wish u and yr wife the best of luck.

Go to the store and buy an ovulation kit. Her sex drive has nothing to do with if she's able to concive and what makes you think its all on her end maybe your little boys arent strong swimmers. I say use the ovulation kit if you still have problems go see a doctor.
I tried to concieve for over 8 yrs "naturally" and when we gave up we got pregnant. Stress can cause alot of things.

It could be ALOT of things. You could be trying to hard, having sex at the wrong times, not able to have children (either of you could have this problem), etc. Your wife and yourself should probably see a doctor and see what they suggest. After trying for anything over 1 year most doctor will run test you both to see of they can identify any problem... Hope this helps & Good luck!

nothing that anyone here says will help you or solve the problem. The only way is to see a doctor that can check both of you. not only here you know it takes 2 people to make a baby. Maybe your sperm count is too low. or there could be other reasons. but see a doctor and then you will find out .

You should go see a fertility doctor. He/she will be able to answer any of your questions and have ways to help you conceive. Or they may be able to explain to you why you haven't been able to conceive - it may be a medical problem. Besides, it takes a while for some people to conceive. Try having intercourse 10 days after your wife's period and see how that goes. I've even heard of taking her temperature to be able to tell when she's ovulating!

You might try to get an ovualating kit from Walmart and find out when she ovualtes and try on those days. If that doesn't work you might want to seek the help of a Dr.
Good luck & God Bless!

You could have underlying medical problems you need to find. You may have no sperm count or your wife has a medical condition. I'm no medical expert but it's definitely not a sex drive issue. Talk to your doctor.

You should really try 10 days from the start of her period, when she starts to ovulate. I got pregnant my 2nd month doing that. You're highly fertile that day.
And you can tell the day by the change in discharge, sorry to be gross but it's true.
