Sharpies...kidding. Really the only thing close to semi permanent would be henna.

Unfortunately there is not. If there was a way to get the result without the pain, im sure alot more people would have them. But nope, you can only get a permanent tattoo by having someone put a needle into your flesh.

the only semi permanent tattoo is a temporary. you can buy that at stores. the only permanent tattoo that is safe to get is one in a qualified tattoo shop with artists.

You could get a henna or india ink tat but it won't be permenant, just maybe a few weeks.
