There is no navy lieutenant colonel, but the US Navy rank equivalent to a Lieutenant Colonel is called Commander.
Next above the Commander is Captain; next above the Lt. Colonel is Colonel. Hope this helps.

Edit: The ranks of lieutenant colonel and colonel are from the U.S. Army, US Air force and US Marines.

In most Countries they're called lieutenant commanders the Germans call them Korvettenkapitans and Singapore and Canada are the only ones I know of who call them lieutenant colonels. The only way to find out is to go to military .com and see if they have pay scales or go to the country's that you are in department of Defense page for payment information.

Spock, Canadian navy has a Lieutenant Commander (pronounced "left"enant :D). Anyways, I assume you meant Lt. Cdr. If so, you can find it at http://www.dfas.mil/militarypay/newinformation/WebPayTableVersion2006updated.pdf.

you must be Canadian ... can't think of any other Navy that has Lieutenant Colonels.
