A friend of mine is on probation in NJ and looking to move to NY. What process do they need to follow??

Just recently put on supervised probation and looking to move out of state. What is the process??

He needs to talk to his PROBATION OFFICER!

If on probation, they cannot leave the State without contacting the parole officer and getting it permitted by the Court.

They need to talk to their probation officer to see if it's even possible.
