It feels like a constant stream of needles. It makes you feel "high" with endorphins.

as far as getting a tattoo goes, everyone says something different. Some think it feels like a massage, some think it feels like razorblades slicing into you. However, most think it's just annoying. It's no where near unbearable, but it's not pleasant either.

I personally think it feels like someone dragging a needle rather hard over sunburnt skin. It hurts, but it's no where near unbearable.

As far as afterwards, the first day or so feels like a big, fresh scrape over the area tattooed. the next day it feels like a bruise, and after that it just starts itching like CRAZY until it's healed.

After it's healed, you can kind of feel the ink in your skin for a couple months. It's a little bit raised from it. Once that goes down, it just feels like skin.

Well, when you are getting it done, it feels like someone is cutting your skin with a razor blade or something sharp of that nature. Once it is done, you really shouldnt feel any pain because your not getting needles poked into your skin going a million mph any longer. An hour or two after that how ever depending on the person, you can't really feel any pain at all unless someone hits you there or something. After i got my last one i didnt feel any pain or disconfort untill the itching came in to play. However my boyfriend's tattoo that he just got hurts with the smallest touch of anything. So it depends on the person.

Some people say your skin numbs itself up. To me that NEVER happened,i felt every line. And this is coming from someone who has piercings! ( ears twice, one at top of ear-cartilidge,and belly) It feels annoying and it feels like glass being dragged down onto your skin. It isn't unbearable, but it isn't comfortable either.

While getting it done, it feels like a million bee stings all at once. After, it feels like needles sticking in a sunburn.

like a hundred little needles poking you over and over. depending on where you get it depends on the pain. like on the upper arm, you will feel less pain there than on your lower back, foot, under arm etc. it takes a while to get used to is, but soon it all becomes somewhat numb and doesnt hurt as bad, however afterwards, again depending on where you get it, its going to be sore, but nothing major, goes away in a few days. like me i have one on my lower back, and i had to drive home afterwards, that sucked!! it hurt for a few days driving, but not to bad. :o)

It really depends on where you get it, i got mine on my foot, hurt like hell. But that's a sensitive area. It feels like a burning sensation for a while, but you get used to it. I'd do it again.
