I just ate a non fat yogurt, an apple, a 90 calorie chewy bar, and kind of a lot of golden grahams; dry.

will i gain weight from this?

Eat carrot sticks the rest of the day, graham crackers have 55 calories in each one.

It all depends how much you weigh. people who weigh 500 pounds believe it or not burn way more calories then someone who weighs 150, when doing the same activity. the normal person has a caloric allotment of like 2000 calories per day. as long as you do not go ever 2000 calories you should not gain weight unless you have a problem with glands or something along those lines. when you exercise and say you burn 250 calories you now have an allotment of 2250 calories a day and so on. if you are not eating the right foods however for those calories you have you will feel weak, tired, and sometimes depressed. if you are looking to loose weight or maintain you current weight just don't go over your calories. daily calorie amount is different from person to person depending on your height, weight, daily routine etc.... it is quite scientific. all in all i would say you will not gain weight from this meal as long as later on you do not eat a whole pizza because you starved yourself

Gaining weight is done over time, of not eating right or needing to exercise to loose weight. You can't just eat 3 things and ask , Am I going to gain weight because I just ate food 5 mins ago. Understand?

the yogurt and apple were fine. the chewy bar plus golden grahams weren't. one of the other and watch your portions with the cereal. that has a lot of sugar in it. whole wheat crackers or bread (toast) would have been better. you also didn't have much protein or fiber, which are best to help you stay satisfied and not want to overeat later.

you can space out your snacks and you will be fine. ( just make sure everying in low or no sugar) thats what will pack on the pounds.
