The non fat yogurt and apple are great for you and adding a 90 calorie chewy bar and some golden grahams are not going to kill you. If you eat like this every day you could see a little weight gain. What I would do is eat the non fat yogurt and the apple for breakfast and have the 90 calore chewy bar for a snack before lunch. And if you still want your golden grahams, you can always add a few on top of your yogurt for some crunch. But don't worry I think you will be fine. :)

you might not gain weight from this but you will def. gain weight thinking like this. Whatever you had is pretty healthy and good for a snack. For an actual meal, you need more protein fruits and vegetables. If you constantly count calories, it will overpower you and you will actually start putting on weight.

Oh sweetie, of course you will! haha just kidding, no you will not, gaining weight occurs when your energy output regularly stays below the TOTAL amount of calories you eat a day.

Oh for goodness sake. It depends on what you've eaten all day, how much exercise you've taken, how fast your metabolism is. You need probably 1800 cals a day, you've probably eaten about 350- 400. Go for an hour and a half walk, and then you're evens!

no, you won't gain weight.... and if you want to lose weight count your calories, be on top of it... write down everything you eat, and keep a log. that way you'll be able to adjust your caloric intake in order to meet your goals.
