There was this guy in this section who's user name was "Charles J" who said he was 6'5" and in his 320s and wanted to fight a cop. If someone REALLY wanted to take on a real police officer who was fully trained, wouldn't they have to look up the Police Adacemies and ask about being a paring partner where they get to spar in real life with either a cadet or a real cop in some boxing ring? I'm curous after his request that I hope someone gives him the answer on where to go and I'd like to know how he held up because I think it'd be interesting because he's got the size and muscle, but how will he do against a fully trained cop?

Unless he knows some proper self-defense tactics, I'm not so sure he'll do very well.

I'm only 6'2" and in my 220s so I already know I wouldn't do well unless I was trained.

The police win every single fight.
If you take out one officer, ten more arrive. For every level of force used against us, we will go one step higher.
If you keep fighting, we bring in more officers, and more tactics, and more officers, and......

You get the picture. No matter what it takes, the police are here to win to keep the public safe.

They will just laugh at him. I am military but have fought in all sorts of places and have also worked side by side with various agencies. It's all the same. I am only 6' tall and 190.

I once went to a school in the military where the starting class was 100 or so people and only 23 graduated. The very first were the big guys and the largest hugest guy was first. One day hunched up, pleading and crying in front of the CO's desk asking if he could "please go home".

There is a reason for this. The big guy has always been bigger so he has not developed the proper attitude since nobody gave him crap when growing up. The guy who relishes in his size and toughness is not mentally nimble. Plus size means slow and no stamina.

The smaller guy is faster and flexible. Aerobic sports like say soccer, biking, martial arts and such build this..... stamina. But to answer the question. There is an old adage...... fight smart, not hard. How do I put this? Everybody has kneecaps no matter how big. Even a minimumaly trained person with the right attitude would drop your friend like a buffalo in two minutes.

Yes, there are open houses, programs, career days and such but he should save himself the embarassment.

It's very easy for him to fight a police officer. Call the police and when they respond, start fighting. He has more serious problems than trying to call out the police.

This member is nothing but a big mouth. In case you missed one of his posts, he got shot in the back by a cop and this is the reason for his ranting. Obviously, he was running from the last cop so why does he want to fight one now. I think he is going to be banned from Yahoo Answers for his constant postings.

LOL my best friend is a cop... I out weight him by 20lbs but he has an extra 2" of reach... Anyway even with all of his tactics I still kick his *** everytime we spar, no matter if it's boxing or submission... IMO the "officer training" isn't that good.

I think he'd win...
