Could be Osgood Schlatter's disease - the cartilege gets separated from the bone and eventually forms a spur. No treatment, although heat and wrapping it sometimes helps - it goes away with time.

Could be arthritis.

Could be a splinter break

Could be bone cancer

Could be a lot of things - instead of asking questions here where you can't get a serious answer, why not see a doctor and find out for real?

If you have access to an herb store, not GNC, but an honest to goodness herbal store, go there and buy a couple of ounces of the hottest cayenne (chili) powder they have, usually around 100,000 heat units. Also, if they have it or can get it, get some lobelia inflata(more on this). Go to the grocery store and buy some extra virgin olive oil. When you are at home and just before bed, wash your knees and dry them well. Take a small bowl put an ounce or two of the oil in the bowl and mix in the cayenne until you have a mash. Not quite a paste, but loose enough when applied to the knees that it adheres. Leave it on overnight.
For the lobelia infalta if you can get fresh leaves great. You can also go on the internet and look it up to see where it grows(almost everywhere in the U.S.). Take a couple of large bunches of leaves and place them in a two quart pan of boiling water, add a touch more for evaporation. Turn the heat down to simmer and cover for ten minutes or so. Take a clean old white t-shirt and filter the liquid into a pitcher. Make one cup of tea and drink this before bed also, or whenever you feel the pain begin to flair up. Lobelia Inflata is the strongest natural muscle relaxant on the planet. The cayenne brings the blood to the surface so that it breaks up any calcium deposits that cause your knees to lock and ache. People with arthritis can do this to to help themselves heal from that affliction. Anything else you need to know, just email me.

Boy 17 and have this problem. But I have seen it before. Do you drink lots of Milk? Do you get enough calcium? That is a good part of the problem with young people, they drink to much soda and do not get enough milk and water. You need to see your doctor or a specialist. I am 59 years old and just had surgery for the very same thing. Arthroscopic surgery was done on both knee's. It was a very simple procedure, but it does hold you down for awhile. Right now I am using crutches. If you have any more questions about the procedure, please feel free to contact me at my e-mail address. But let me know what the letter is about, because I do not open any mail that does not look right. So just put Arthroscopic in the topic area. Good luck!

Sounds like a combo of sciatica and the child driving for your cervix. I'm 37 wks w/ twins and so they do it to me at all times! I get it extra at the best of my correct knee. It's a well clock for while I've been on my ft an excessive amount of and not using a holiday while the highest of my knee is going numb! The little pains within the pelvic field is on the grounds that the child is solely sitting there and bouncing. It truthfully helps you get equipped to deliver start on the grounds that it is helping to ripen the cervix. I by and large no less than sit down down for somewhat but when I'm at house then I lay down and lift my ft above my middle. Good Luck and Congrats!

I work for 4 orthopedic surgeons; I am also knock kneed and have pain and clicking and grinding, etc. but I am 37 years old and overweight. I would recommend you see an orthopedic surgeon, you may have a torn meniscus or arthritis.
