Need to find out if a friend is in jail in Hammond/Mandeville, LA w/out calling the cop shop. Suggestions?

Need tofind out if a friend is in jail in Hammond/Mandeville without having to call the copshop. I would prefer to do it on the internet. I haven't heard from him in a few months - he just disappeared and we used to talk every day or so and now nothing. Any suggestions would be great. Thanks in advance for your assistance!

You will have to call the jail in Mandeville, there is no other way...

Find out the whereabouts of the friend otherwise!
