I first thought like Diputs, but then I checked the video and found out that all the guys were wrong.
The video is from Aruba or Curaçao and the language is Papiamento. But I can't help any further since I don't understand Papiamento.
----------------------
"bin aden pa kaba" has a meaning, it's not a name.. "bin" means "come" but I don't know about the rest.

IT IS PAPIAMENTU.
-It s the creole language spoken on the Caribbean islands Aruba, Bonaire and Curaçao. (You can Google it, and also the islands.)
-Papiamentu is a creole language based on African languages with strong input from Portuguese and Spanish, and also other languages: Dutch, English, French.
-But Mongolian is not represented at all.
-It is not featured on Google translator!
-"Bin aden pa kaba" has nothing to do with Bin Laden!
-There is not any word in that rap that s Arabic and certainly not "Apa khabar". The person who thinks he heard that, the mind is simply adapting sounds to what is recognizable to him. It s a very common trick our minds play with us.
(Quote << Human beings interpret their environment partially based on experience, and this includes speech perception. People are more likely to notice what they expect than things not part of their everyday experiences, and they may mistake an unfamiliar stimulus for a familiar and more plausible version. >> from https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mondegreen )
TO ANSWER YOUR Q (after 9 years!):
-"Bin aden pa kaba" does mean something:
-It simply means "Hurry up come inside."
-But not so simple as this rap was recorded by inmates in the local prison. Caused quite a controversy and a couple of sweeps in said prison.
-The group s name is Bon Futuro Gèng. "Bon Futuro" was some time ago the name of that prison, it means "Good Future". Yeah. Right.

Thanks to AQ, I realised my last answer was nonsense.
So I found a really good Papamiento dictionary online
and it gave the meaning as
Come in. Finish it inside.
Some Spanish equivalents:
Bin = Ven
Aden = adentro
kaba = acabar

It could have been something like "Bin Laden, apa khabar ? " If it is, then it sounds really like the Malay or Indonesian language. "Bin Laden" - everyone knows who he is ! "Apa khabar?" means "how are you?".
