it's been three months having this pain insinde my stamach but no running stamach its only pain, what can be coused by.

Go to your doctor for a definitive diagnosis. We can only guess on here. Lots of reason for stomach pain. Why did you let it go on for 3 months. That is much too long!!!!!!!

"Stomach" is a large area with lot of organs inside. Starting from the actual stomach, duodenum, to which are attached the liver and gall bladder, the small intestine, the appendix and the large intestine.
It can be due to acidity, indigestion, ulceration and so on. If the pain has been there for three months and if it was severe, it is time that you see a doctor and opt for some investigation like x-ray etc. without it trying to Analise the cause will be risky.

Several things. sharp pain on the right side could be the appendix. could be issues with the kidneys. its a high chance of some GI (stomach and intestines) problems. I strongly recommend seeing a doctor

First cause of pain appears to be your wrong spelling of many words! Second, maybe intake of wrong food! Third, perhaps indulging in overeating!
Solution: consult the doctor!

Could be ulcer, go for a check..
