Little blisters where my wedding ring sits on my ring finger.?

I am getting these tiny little blisters on my ring finger where my wedding rings sits. I don't wear my jewelry when I workout or shower or when putting on lotion or anything like that. I have no clue how to get rid of them any ideas???

Sounds like you may be allergic to gold. I have this happen when I wear silver rings. I've found painting the inside of my rings with clear nail polish does the trick so I can still wear them without the allergic reaction. You could also wear the rings less often. Otherwise, if you have the money you may try replacing the rings with a different metal like platinum.

Sounds like you're allergic to the metal; whether it's gold or platinum or silver. My husband is allergic to gold and cannot wear necklaces or rings or anything -- he has the same type of reaction. He has to wear a silver ring. My son on the other hand is allergic to pewter -- he tried to wear a pewter rune necklace and he had the same type of reaction too although his was more of a rash. Try a ring made of a different type of metal on the same finger and see if you get the same reaction.

If moisture gets under the ring (even perspiration) you can develop blisters. It can even be good place for a yeast infection to grow because it's warm and moist. Ask your doctor how to prevent it.

I found that not wearing the jewellery for a few days will make them go away. Or, you can go to your doctor and they can prescribe you an ointment for it.

remove the ring while sleeping and bathing. use the cream on the area.
