Not really, for the most part. Your social life may suffer, however.

It sounds like you might be going hiking. Try as best as you can to take care of your feet. Get several pair of good cushy, padded socks. The baby wipes are a good idea also - use them to keep your feet clean. If you can't do that, at least find some sort of foot powder. Try to change socks at least daily if possible, especially if you're in a wet environment. If you get to water, wash your feet. You really don't want a foot fungus or other infection, and the inside of a wet hiking boot is an ideal location to incubate something like that.

Take moleskin and bandaids, or something similar to help protect any blisters that develop.

A week without showering won't harm you in anyway. You just may have a bit of trouble adjusting to the smell and "dirty" feeling. If it is possible bring some baby wipes with you. It's not the same, but you can give yourself a quick bath with them to freshen up a bit. Our men and women in the military use them all the time when they are out in the field and unable to shower.

After about 48 hours, your skin will adapt and stop producing its usual amount of oil, since you're not removing it.

If you worry about body odor or breaking out, consider packing the moist wipes intended for cleaning people who are infirm or otherwise too ill for a bath or shower. I'm blanking on the name, sorry, but I see them advertised and at the drug store. They're not baby wipes or hand wipes but intended for all over washing, and no rinsing is required.

you might offend the people around you, but i don't think it'll be that bad if it's only for a week.
during the plague, people didn't shower or bath because they thought that if their pores were exposed to air they'd get sicker, when they were really doing more harm than good.

Keep this in mind. You actually have little microscopic bugs crawling all over you, that you can't see or feel. Only a microscope can see them. And what they do is, they crawl around on you and eat off your dead skin cells. Do you really want those little suckers building up on you? Taking a shower is important, not to mention the stink factor. :op

I'm going to guess it would be bad for every body around you. All in all though, I don't think in general it will cause you harm.

well depends on what u around on a daily basis
if u r around lots of germs (germs r everywhere but certain places r worse) then it might increase ur chances of getting sick

otherwise it would just harm u socially (lose ur friends)
