Id say thats by far the weirdest dream i have had lol considering im 22 years old, that would be pretty damn hard getting lost in a shopping centre in a store at my age :P. I dont know how to read that..

Sometimes, dreams is not interpreted as possible events. It could reflect your inner fear/desires.
I believe it is an inner fear, of some thing you know is unlikely to happen, but could happen. And you're inner kid is fearful for that to happen.
You know you'll never get lost in a shopping centre. but maybe your conscious mind is asking you, what if you enter a new larger mall, and you get lost? You might not have been in such a situation, but what if? would you feel scared?
it is possible, think about it.

To dream that you are lost, suggests that you have lost your direction in life or that you have lost sight of your goals. You may be feeling worried and insecure about the path you are taking in life. Alternatively, you may be trying to adjust and get accustomed to a new situation in which the rules and conditions are ever changing.
To dream that you are at the mall, represents your attempts in making a favorable impression on someone. The mall is also symbolic of materialism and the need to keep up with the trends, fads, and/or the latest technology
A conclusion can be drawn that you are trying to impress someone or trying to present yourself in a light that is not true to who you really are. By constantly changing or taking on a path that is not your own or new to you has made you insecure.
My advice. Be true to yourself and re-evaluate what path you feel you should be taking at this point in your life. Maybe you've entered into a new relationship and you are trying to change to accomodate the other person or make the other person happy, while neglecting your own goals and aspirations. Re-focus and try impressing no one but yourself.

I know a lot of women dream of shopping centers. LOL! I think when you girls dream of being lost it means you wanting to go, but, you not have any money. Normally I can give my woman $100 and the dream goes away. :-p
