OMG I WAS JUST ABOUT TO POST THIS: A co-worker stares at my chest when he talks to me! Any suggestions?
He doesn't work directly with my division, he works on the same floor and walks by my office and stops to talk to me all the time - he just stares blankly at my chest and I want to smack him! He is constantly giving me compliments on how smart & pretty I am & how nice I am dressed. I can't stand it, its not that I can't take a compliment, I love compliments, it is him, he drives me crazy because I feel like he is undressing me with his eyes. It's utterly embarrassing! If I didn't work for the Govt I would probably put up the sign (((If my chest had eyes, we would have a great relationship!!")))
I don't know what to do either - I hate it I hate it I hate it, I'm a really nice person and it has always been extremely hard for me to stick up for myself - its brutal being nice! Seems like you are in the same boat. I don't want to embarrass him; I don't even think he realizes that he is doing it. I do have a nice set of twins, but come on! I feel like saying - control yourself, he is like a dog in heat with his tongue sticking out.

If you're uneasy about confronting him or directly telling your Dad then here is a suggestion. Go to a T-shirt printing shop and have a shirt made with the message across the chest that says "These are NOT my eyes". Wear the shirt whenever this person is around.

How close of a friend is he to ur dad?... Obviously it bothers u that he is staring at ur chest, so because its ur dad's friend, u need to let ur dad know n tell him to watch his friend while u are around...Because ur father has brought this into the household, he should be the one to say something.

Say something to your Dad. Have him watch the guy, and see if he notices the same thing. When i was a child one of my dads friends was acting weird with me, i told my father and he told the man to leave our house and he never came back. He's a creep to be eying you!

I saw this on a television show the other day and I thought it was a cute reply to this situation..
In the show the actress was talking to a detective and he asked her if she got along with the victims husband....
her reply was " Let's put it this way... if my chest had eyes, we would have a great relationship!!"
I would gently take his chin in your hand and raise his face to your eye level.... and tell him your eyes are on your face not on your chest!

Say Something for goodness sake! Especially, if it creeps you out. Tell you dad what he is doing, if for some reason you don't want to confront your dads "friend".

This depends, how old are you? If you are 18, then tell him off yourself! Hes being a pervert! If not, I agree with the last poster, tell your Dad!

Tell your dad. Don't have your dad address it immediately, have your dad ask the guy over so your dad can see it for himself. Then let your dad tell the guy off!!

Snap your finger at him and go "Hey, Buddy, Eyes are up here (pointing to your eyes) Not down here (pointing to your boobs). They will not stare back at you". Do this in front of other people so as to emberass him...he deserves it.
