It isn't the miracle cure everyone is being told it is! It actually isn't any different than any other OTC weight loss pill -- read the package or go to the web site. It requires a lowered fat diet, exercise, and long-term commitment to succeed at weight loss.
BTW, it's also quite expensive!

I believe it is the most accurately advertised weight loss aid currently on the market. IF the consumer bothers to read the documentation that accompanies the product, they learn from the manufacturer that it is NOT a "miracle pill." They learn that they MUST change their diet or suffer possible significant unpleasant side effects. They also learn that the average effects are to increase weight loss by approximately 50% -- if you would lose 10 pounds on your own, you can expect a 15 pound loss using the product. Finally, you learn that the effects of the product dissipate after approximately 6 months, so it is also NOT a long term "fix."

Notice I began by saying IF the consumer reads the materials that accompany the product. Most will not and so will claim to have been mislead, however, everywhere that I have seen the product advertised there is significant attempt to get the consumer to read the documentation, do a self assessment to determine if the product is right for their needs and if they are ready to use it in accordance with the regimen prescribed. The fact the humans are fundamentally lazy and do not want to "invest" in knowledge acquisition prior to undertaking the commitment to making the lifestyle changes that the product literature itself refers to does not make the PRODUCT any less effective or defective.

I had been dieting/exercising for several months before the pill came out. I tried the pill & noticed a slight increase in my weight loss. Maybe one pound a week. It does require you really watch your fat intake, which I was doing before anyway. For my situation, it worked, but may not be worth the cost. I haven't decided if I'll keep taking it or not.

Another rubbish idea from eating obsessives.

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE Wake UP and Smell the COFFEE - the onyl way to a reasonable weight and normal life is to eat a variety of foods, cut down/out sugery and fatty foods and go out and exercise.

Popping pills is just a waste of money and its bad for your internal organs that has to process this stuff.
