Stay single, don't do it. But if you don't like sex or other sexual activities then get married.

Wow, notice how many women have to answer this question trying to defend that their man is happy in the marriage. Well if they only knew.

You made this a very general question so I'm assuming with your partner or perhaps you meant life in general? You should be happy with your partner before even considering marriage. Life should be on an upbeat note as well, don't go into a marriage even if you love the person, if you're in a depressed state of mind.

Once you are married it's very important to continue to build on your relationship and to be happy. If you're not happy with your spouse then it's time for counseling and at some point divorce may be the answer. (We only live once why be with someone you are not happy with). If you're unhappy with life, find the cause of it and if it's other things then your spouse find solutions to lead a better life.

A spouse can make you very happy but when you're spouse is making you unhappy it's time to consider a change.

Marrage?

The happiness of a man (or a woman for that matter) has no direct relation to marriage. Statistically, married men & women are, overall, happier then non-married people. But each person & each relationship has its own degree of happiness. It is what YOU make it.

that's a personal question lol not a general. First define what happiness is. REmember, happiness is not a feeling or emotion. It is a state wherein you've acquired what you want. Being Happy is an emotion or feeling. After understanding the definition of happiness, you now have to think... do you want to get married or not? for what purpose?

If I remember correctly from my college days, it's like this.
When in comes to rating happiness, married men and single women rank highest (are happiest). In the same research project, we found statistics that of people who "go nuts" and do really crazy stuff -- if it's a male then chances are he is single, but if it's a female, then chances are she's married.

My conclusion was that marriage is good for men and bad for women.

it can be either, both, or neither. some people enter marriages unhappy and assume the marriage will fix their relationship issues. others are happier after the marriage as they settle into responsibility and a mature relationship. some are happy before and after getting married.

i don't see something incorrect with it. i don't have faith human beings would desire to experience that they might desire to get married basically because of the fact they have a newborn the two. My wedding ceremony grew to become into meant to be June 7, 2008. I have been given pregnant in August however, so as that's basically not likely to ensue. we would quite save our money for the baby then spend it on a marriage. we don't experience like we would desire to be married. we live at the same time, and we've faith that we are going to stay at the same time in spite of what happens. Being married would not immediately assure which you would be one chuffed family the two. there is unquestionably one of those situation as divorce. My brother and sister-in-regulation had slightly one previously they have been married, and that they've been doing basically positive. Then, their families forced them into getting married for the sake of the baby. Now, basically 6 months later they are dealing with a divorce and a messy custody conflict. for my section, i think of they might have been extra constructive off not getting married. yet, that's basically my opinion. i think of it basically relies upon on a individual's very own very own ideals and what a pair believes is sweet for his or her newborn.

your question is pretty vague - are you asking

"Are men typically happier before marriage or after marriage?"

The answer to that is "there is no one answer".

If men get married to someone with whom they are incompatible, they will be unhappy in marriage. If men get married with a lot of expectations that are not based in reality, they will be unhappy in marriage. If they get married and are not interested in being faithful to their wife, they will likely be unhappy.

However, many men are unhappy being unmarried - being alone, or not having a relationship with someone who wants to spend their life together with them.

People who look for marriage to make them happy are generally going to be unhappy. They need to figure out who they are, get to the point where they are happy with themselves, by themselves, and able to communicate with others - then they can be happy in or out of marriage.

i was happy before marriage, that is why i got married, and i am still happy. marriage is a beautiful thing, and when you find that special someone that you love, trust, care about, does not cheat, cook, clean, and take care of her man, then you have to marry her before she gets away. but ladies dont get it twisted, i also cook, clean, and take care of her in every way possible. bd
