Hmm, difficult to answer.
It's a bit like saying, "Lada or Trabant cars? Both cheap and about the same price, which is best? "
Both televisions will have poor sound quality, poor picture quality, lousy build quality and will be unreliable. It's six of one and half-a-dozen of the other, I'm afraid.
Personally, I'd save a few more pennies and buy something decent...

They are probably produced by the same OEM manufacturer so choose the one with the best warranty/service deal.
