Should I change to the college that offers better courses and I know I would like them better, but where I don't know anyone or my way around and I missed the tour as I enrolled late. Or stay where I am where I know everything and I have friends there, but don't like the courses or the teachers?

Yeah. That's a toughie. You have to weigh different factors and see which ones are more important to you. If you believe you can receive a better education at the college with courses you like, you have to make the tough decision, go to the college and take the challenges that you will face.

If you prefer to stay comfortable with your friends and environment, and to hope for better courses that would come along. You are definitely entitled to do so. Again, there are no wrong answers, but you would have to make the decisions yourself.

Go with where you think you are going to be the happiest. If you are staying at the college you are at because you are familiar with it or because your friends are there is not a good reason. Your education should come first. Change happens all the time. You will soon grow to be familiar with the other college and your friends are not going to disappear. It will be weird in the beginning but it will get better. I say go for it!
