My dentist told me to drink ginger tea everyday to keep gums healthy, and asked that there is a perticular type of ginger that is grown in India only he forgot the name of that type on ginger.
Anybody has any idea from where to get information?

It is the black ginger, which is easily availalbe in south india In Karela & Tamilnadu. You can make its tea, very easy at your home. It is very helpful. .

You can probably ask in a ayurvedic shop as to where to get it from.They may even have it if they are very good
